How long is the response after contact the helpdesk?

Our helpdesk available 24 hours. The average response time will be 1 to 2 hours. It depends on the problems.

Can I access the Housekeeping Management System (HMS) of The Blue Oasis Hotel on my personal devices?

No, you cannot access HMS on your other personal electronic devices. HMS can only be access on the company electronic devices. You can only access the website but not the HMS from the comfort of your own home.



Am I allowed to make enquiries through the call or email regarding housekeeping-related topics?

What is the procedure to change my work schedule?

Initiate contact with the proper authority. Only Admins or Executive housekeepers can change it.
