The Housekeeping Management System (HMS) is a system developed by WAYV Technologies for the Housekeeping department in The Blue Oasis Hotel. It will improve the housekeeping service where it helps the housekeeper to be more detailed and productive in doing their task. It also helps to ensure that the housekeeper knows their schedule and task assigned well without any confusion or redundancies, so no work or task will be missing out. The executive housekeepers can generate monthly or weekly reports and analyse the department's performance in a short time. Not only that but the decision-making process also can be conducted in an efficient and timely manner. Hotel housekeeping management systems also can help the executive housekeeper monitor and improve the housekeepers' performance.
